In the case of the recipient is not at delivery address to accept your order, our couriers will leave the item in a secure location if available.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Where a secure location cannot be found, our couriers will leave a \u201cnot at delivery address\u201d note at delivery address advising your recipient to contact us for further action. Re-delivery will incur further delivery charges. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cancellation or change to advanced order mu<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">st be made 24 hours before the requested delivery date. Cancellation or change to same day delivery can only be made before the flowers\/gifts are handed to courier for delivery. Orders with no further communication from you pass these timelines are deemed confirmed orders. We are unable to cancel <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">or change orders that have already been confirmed and are in the process of being delivered.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Should you need to cancel your order, the paid amount will be refunded less a $5 administrative fee.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">When there is a major problem with our flowers, you can ask for a replacement or refund. In such case complaints must be made within 24 hours of delivery with a valid reason for refund or return assessment. We will process a refund upon timely return of the goods purchased.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Coupon code for discount is single use only, no change if total purchase value is less than discount value. No refund, no transfer, no cash back. Must be used before expiry date. One coupon code for one transaction only. Use of coupon code is&nbsp;<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">at the discretion of ODD PETAL FLORIST.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">All refunds for orders placed online are credited back the original credit card on which the order was purchased.
